KEYNOTE SPEAKER, 2011: Betsy Crane, PhD, Widener University

Betsy Crane, Ph.D., is the director of Widener University’s Graduate Programs in Human Sexuality.  In addition, she is an author, educator, and researcher.  She has an extensive background in human services, ranging from academic publications to serving as the CEO of a human services agency.  Dr. Crane has published on topics such as social work practice with families, queer studies, and human sexuality.  She has presented at numerous national conferences and conducted trainings on human sexuality across the country, as well as written curriculum on human sexuality for numerous audiences.  Currently, Dr. Crane is co-authoring a book entitled Sexuality though a social lens.
