REGISTRATION & CONTACTS

Registration: If you are planning to attend the symposium for the day, please plan to arrive between 8am and 9am to register in person. If you are arriving some time during the day, please plan to register in person at least fifteen minutes before the session you plan to attend.

Fees: A $5 donation to support a second conference on gender and sexuality is suggested for undergraduate students in place of a registration fee.  Prizes will be raffled off for anyone who gives a donation.

For graduate students the registration fee is $5.

For faculty and staff the registration fee is $10.

Presenter Intention to Attend: Please respond to your acceptance email from the 2011 GenSex Planning Committee in order to confirm your attendance by March 23.

Location: The HUB at IUP. See www.iup.edu for additional information such as transportation, parking, etc.

Food: Light snacks and refreshments will be provided throughout the day. For lunch, there are numerous eateries on campus, in the HUB, and within a short walk from the HUB. Please please plan to bring or purchase lunch and return to the HUB where tables will be set up for your convenience.
